Adjustable baby shower stand

Bath time without the back ache.

Your baby stands supported at chest height while the shower head rests in its own holder. You stay right beside them, washing rather than bracing.

Why it works

Four things that matter at 6pm.

Nobody buys bath gear for the features. They buy it because one specific part of the evening is harder than it needs to be.

The shower head has a home

A built-in holder takes the handset, so the water keeps running while you soap, rinse and check behind the ears. It is the small detail that makes showering a baby workable rather than a two-person job.

You stop bending

Washing a baby in a tub is one arm holding, one arm working, and a back that complains about it later. Standing changes the position, which is the actual problem.

It grows with them

Nine height settings from 18 to 23 inches, and a chest arm that opens from 11 to 15 inches. Most baby gear is outgrown in a season; this adjusts through it.

It disappears afterwards

Folds flat with nothing to unscrew, so it goes behind a door or into a bag. Worth knowing if your bathroom is small or you travel.

Will it fit

Nine levels, so it keeps fitting.

The support post moves from 18 to 23 inches across nine settings, and the chest arm opens from 11 to 15 inches. Slide through the levels to see how it changes.

Set the arm across your baby's chest, never their neck, and leave enough room to slide a flat hand between the arm and their body.

Using it

Three steps.

1

Set the height

Adjust the post so the chest arm sits across the chest, and open the arm to a width that holds without pressing.

2

Set the water first

Drop the handset into its holder and get the temperature right before your baby is anywhere near it. Test it on the inside of your wrist.

3

Keep a hand on them

Lift them in, keep contact throughout, and lift them out before you do anything else. The stand frees your hands to wash, not to leave.

Read this part

A support, not a substitute for you.

This stand holds your baby upright so your hands are free to wash. It does not watch them, and it is not a safety device. Children drown quickly and silently, and it happens in the time it takes to answer a door.

  • Stay within arm's reach for the whole wash, every time.
  • If the door or the phone goes, lift your baby out and take them with you.
  • An older child is never a substitute for an adult.
  • Only for babies who can already bear weight on their legs and hold themselves upright.
  • Check the base has gripped before your baby steps on, not after.

Before you buy

Questions parents ask.

Including the one that should stop some people buying it.

Does my baby need to be able to stand?

Yes. This is a standing support, so it suits babies who can already take weight on their legs and hold themselves reasonably upright. For a younger baby who cannot, this is the wrong product and a reclining tub is the right one.

Will it fit my shower?

The base is 19 by 16 inches and needs a flat surface, so measure your enclosure or tub floor before ordering. Set up, the post stands 18 to 23 inches tall.

Can I use it in a bathtub?

It is designed for showering rather than sitting in water. If you use it in a tub, keep the water shallow and never fill around your baby's legs while they are standing in it.

How do I clean it?

Rinse and stand it up to drain. The moulded surfaces have nowhere for water to sit, which is the usual cause of mould in bath gear.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping is free. Orders leave in 1-2 business days and usually arrive within about a week, depending on where you are.

What if it does not suit us?

Send it back within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method.

Hands free to wash. Never free to leave.
